This term we have been learning about celebrations all over the world. This week we are looking at the celebration of Chinese New Year. This is a clip from youtube that we really liked. We have learnt that Chinese New Year takes place between end of Jan and late Feb. The festive colour is red. The dragons give the people good luck and look scary but they are acually really friendly and come alive through people dancing inside them in the parade!!
